Return Process

  Contact our official support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated warehouse address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original box including all accessories, manuals, and tools to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
